This leadership role is essential to ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Our company culture supports long-term growth, career development, and a commitment to excellence in every project.Key Responsibilities:Operations ManagementPlan, schedule, and oversee landscape maintenance and installation operations.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.Efficiently allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet project goals.Team LeadershipManage and train supervisors, crew leaders, and field personnel.Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions when needed.Foster a positive, efficient, and safety-focused team culture.Project ManagementDevelop timelines, budgets, and work plans for field operations.Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.Perform routine site visits to oversee performance and compliance.Client RelationsServe as the main point of contact for clients on project logistics.Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.Present estimates, proposals, and job updates to clients in a professional manner.Safety and ComplianceEnforce all company and OSHA safety protocols.Conduct safety meetings and training regularly.Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures as necessary.Continuous ImprovementSeek and implement ways to improve field efficiency and quality of work.Stay current on industry trends, tools, and landscaping techniquesQualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Experience: 35 years of experience managing field operations in landscaping or construction.License/Certification: MA Hoisting License 2A,1C required.Skills:Strong team leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape design.Ability to handle physical work and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.Benefits:Medical & Dental InsurancePaid Time Off holidays and accrued PTOPaid Parental LeaveRetirement Savings Program - 401KWeekly Pay CycleCompany Events & Team Building ActivitiesUniforms ProvidedProfessional Training and Development OpportunitiesSafety Equipment ProvidedSchedule:Full-TimeMondayFriday, with occasional weekends based on project needsLocation:Field-based role with travel to various job sites required.
