Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Operator:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to training and safety standards.
- Perform quality inspections on products and communicate defects as needed.
- Rotate through different production tasks, including packaging and machine operation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Your skills and experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and communication tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
