Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Operator:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform quality inspections on products and communicate any defects.
- Rotate through various production roles including machine operation, finishing, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
Your skills and experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and communication tasks.
