Role Description
This internship role as a Sports Performance Intern involves supporting the development and implementation of training programs for youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Interns will assist with coaching sessions, ensure proper athlete technique, and foster positive relationships with athletes and clients. Additional responsibilities include facility upkeep, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the athlete experience. This position is on-site and located in Bentonville, AR.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sports Coaching and Coaching techniques
- Strong Communication skills for engaging effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
- An understanding or experience with Youth Athletes
- Interest or experience in Sales
- Passion for sports performance and athlete development
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred
