Sports Performance Coach

ETS Performance Cordova is hiring a part-time Strength & Conditioning Coach to help train youth, high school, college, and professional athletes using the nationally recognized ETS system founded by NFL All-Pro Adam Thielen.

Responsibilities:

• Coach strength, speed, agility, and deceleration sessions
• Lead structured, high-energy workouts for athletes ages 8–college
• Teach proper technique, biomechanics, and movement efficiency
• Perform athlete assessments and track progress
• Support overall facility culture built on accountability, competition, and character
• Work alongside an ETS Facility Director and national ETS coaching network

Qualifications:

• Experience in strength & conditioning, performance coaching, or athletic development
• Former competitive athlete preferred
• Accredited certification (CSCS, NASM, USAW, or similar) preferred
• Strong communication skills; outgoing and motivating coaching style
• Enjoys working with kids and athletes of all ability levels
• Dependable, coachable, and growth-oriented
• Degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $1,000–$3,000/month (part-time)
• Shifts: 3–8 hours, mainly afternoons/evenings some weekends
