- Ensure API-based integrations are successful
- Implement cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS)
- Oversee microservices and distributed systems
- Work with core banking or financial platforms

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs
- 5 years of experience managing cash management, complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives
- Experience leading enterprise integration, platform modernization, or acquisition integration programs
- Experience with cash management, digital assets, and stablecoin
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams
