Take a closer look at the Quality Assurance Manager role:
- Develop and implement quality assurance measures to be streamlined throughout the company
- Build the annual product and process audit plans and ensure they are carried out
- Plan and conduct new product (project) audits and process audits with new customers
- Identify opportunities for quality and performance improvement and delegate responsibilities to various teams
- Lead a team of individuals responsible for upholding QA practices
Who You Are:
- Can hit the ground running - Have minimum of 5 years Quality Assurance (QA) experience in a manufacturing environment
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Quality system regulation, cGMP or ISO9000 knowledge
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Have knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, TPS, etc.)
- Possess critical judgement to conduct inspections with unwavering integrity
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
