What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Coordinator position at ETS?
Job Location: In-Person, $21/Hour, Thursday-Sunday Schedule, 10-Hour Day Shift, Full-Time
Our client is a well-established warehouse and logistics operation, and they want you to join their team as a Quality Control Coordinator.
Your day-to-day as a Quality Control Coordinator:
- Audit outbound loads and warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Inspect pallets and products, flagging and correcting any defects or labeling issues
- Monitor warehouse processes for compliance and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy through regular reconciliations
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership to implement quality initiatives and corrective actions
Your skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or quality assurance
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inefficiencies and process gaps
- Familiarity with warehouse systems and platforms like Flexe, plus Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven ability to conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and train others on QA standards
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
