Role Summary
The Client Solutions Manager (aka Industrial Recruiter & Account Manager) is a full-desk, 360° recruiting role combining high-volume talent acquisition with strategic client partnerships. You’ll own the entire A-Z recruitment process—from sourcing passive industrial talent to managing key accounts—while hitting aggressive placement and revenue targets. In this role, you must be a high-energy continuous learner, problem solver and competitive high-performer. You will be on a mission to build meaningful relationships and providing premium-level service to clients & candidates
Individual Contributor Duties
- Recruitment & Placement activities: Source, Screen, and Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders.
- Manage candidates through all stages of the talent lifecycle for ETS manufacturing and industrial clients.
- Develop meaningful and high-impact relationships with ETS' client companies. Communicate with clients to ensure all of their needs and problems are understood and addressed. Continually evaluate the customer experience to ensure first-class customer service. Evaluate data to understand changing client needs.
- Proactively educate and sell career opportunities to relevant, qualified candidates in Vermont's manufacturing and light industrial sectors.
- Present client-ready candidates (e.g., production operators, machinists, assemblers, warehouse operators) directly to ETS account managers as well as clients under your management
- Strategically build a pipeline of top-tier manufacturing and industrial talent and generate new candidate leads in similar/adjacent fields. You will prioritize leveraging strategic and high-volume outreach to secure new candidate talent
- Align client needs with candidate skills and aspirations.
- Prep candidates for interviews (phone, video, & in-person).
- Negotiate pay rates, close placements, & overcome objections.
- Resolve any candidate issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Source, engage, and build authentic relationships with candidates via prospecting, AI tech, cool/cold outreach, recruiting platforms, events, etc.
- Be available to candidates during and after work hours as needed.
- Hone active listening and interviewing skills to spot red flags and candidate disqualifiers.
- Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics/quotas, including outreach, screenings, client submittals, placements, revenue, and quality KPIs.
- Responsible for mastering the ETS internal tech stack, including CRM database management, communication platforms, Google G suite, AI platforms, etc.
- Positively contribute to ETS's internal culture, and enhance our brand and reputation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. New grads encouraged to apply!
- 2 years of business-to-business development experience is preferred.
- A combination of business development and/or account management skills is required.
- Ability to thrive in a start-up, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
- Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and self-motivated individual. Competitive sports background a plus!
- Must be commission compensation motivated
- Must be tech-savvy and adept at leveraging AI and social media as part of a holistic sales strategy
- Must be a team player with a track record of making others better around you
First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) is expected to range from $75,000-$110,000 ($50-60k base commission)
