ETS Equipment Rental is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to help drive growth across Central and Northern Massachusetts.
If you have experience selling or renting heavy equipment and enjoy building long-term relationships with contractors, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do
- Develop new business with contractors, builders, municipalities, and industrial customers
- Grow existing customer relationships
- Visit active job sites
- Recommend equipment solutions
- Prepare rental quotes
- Follow up on opportunities
- Work closely with Inside Sales, Dispatch and Service teams
- Become a trusted equipment partner for your customers
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Experience in heavy equipment rental or construction equipment sales
- Strong prospecting skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Self-motivated
- Organized
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- CRM experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Existing contractor relationships are a plus
