ETS Equipment Rental is a growing construction equipment rental company based in Hopedale, MA and with a second location just opened in North Andover Ma. We provide a wide range of machines, including excavators, boom lifts, skid steers, telehandlers, and more, serving contractors, homeowners, and commercial clients throughout New England.
We’re looking for a Yard Coordinator to join our operations team and help manage the flow of equipment in and out of our yard, supporting logistics, safety, and overall yard organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily yard operations to ensure the organized flow of inbound and outbound equipment.
- Perform check-in and inspection of returned rental equipment.
- Tag and track equipment using our inventory system.
- Ensure all equipment is parked, stored, and displayed correctly and safely.
- Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and trucks safely to move equipment around the yard.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment for deliveries and pickups.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of rental equipment.
- Support technicians with staging and preparation of machines for rental.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment in the yard.
- Communicate effectively with the shop, dispatch, and drivers to ensure workflow is smooth.
- Participate in weekly safety checks and inspections.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Experience with construction equipment or machinery (preferred).
- Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and telehandlers.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
