We are seeking an energetic and strategic Export Growth Manager to spearhead our B2B (business-to-business) export initiatives across diverse markets. Duties
- Development of sales and expansion of the Diverse brand in international markets (Western Europe).
- Acquisition of new B2B partners: distributors, wholesalers, and multibrand retail networks.
- Market potential analysis and preparation of market entry and growth strategies.
- Negotiation of commercial terms, distribution agreements, and purchasing plans.
- Presentation of collections during business meetings, showrooms, and industry trade fairs.
- Preparation of seasonal offers and purchasing recommendations.
- Planning and execution of sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and reporting results.
- Analysis of trends, competition, and the specifics of international fashion markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in B2B sales or export.
- Experience in acquiring business partners in international markets.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long‑term business relationships.
- Very good command of English; an additional language will be an advantage.
- Independence, initiative, and strong results orientation.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
