🎨 What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers in Action)
- Transform sketches, ideas, and architectural blueprints into spot‑on shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and submittal packages
- Create installation and construction drawings that make installers say, “This is amazing!”
- Build complete fabrication drawing packages with all required details (we LOVE organized people)
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, production teams, and customers to turn concepts into reality
- Lead and coordinate projects from start to finish—yup, you’re the hero of your own drafting story
- Juggle multiple projects like a pro (cape not required but encouraged)
- Use your knowledge of metal properties, bend deductions, cutting processes, and brake press fundamentals to create accurate and manufacturable designs

🧠 What You Bring to the Table
- Associate’s Degree in Design/Drafting or equivalent hands‑on experience
- 1–3 years in an industrial, architectural, or manufacturing environment
- Strong skills in AutoCAD & SolidWorks (your drafting weapons of choice)
- Blueprint interpretation wizardry
- Solid math skills (yes, bend deductions count!)
- Reliable computer skills & comfort with Windows software
- Excellent communication—because great design takes teamwork
