The Hospice Executive Director will oversee the entire hospice operations.
This includes but is not limited to: business operations, clinical operations, business development and census growth, financial control, compliance with corporate policies and procedures and all state and federal regulatory standards, and all other areas of general business operations management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hospice Executive Director / Administrator / Director of Clinical Operations or higher-level experience.
- Strong experience in Operations, Growth Strategy & Clinical Operations.
- Experience with budgetary responsibilities including budget development and monitoring, financial profits and loss.
- Broad knowledge of federal and state regulations/administration
- Outstanding leadership, managerial skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and assertiveness skills
- Many additional and exciting details available to qualified candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business administration preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care management, home health, hospice, or related health programs required.
- Two (2) years of hospice experience required with intimate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and Department of Aging and Disability Services regulations.
- Operations and/or Sales Leadership experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
