Advanced Practice Nurse

Ethos TBI is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our growing specialty practice in a part-time 3-day a week role based in Tallahassee, Florida.

Our practice is dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of traumatic brain injuries (TBI), serving personal injury patients through an integrative, patient-centered approach to healing.

Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner will provide in-office and telehealth care to patients with traumatic brain injuries. This role includes clinical evaluations, diagnostic testing, and performing intranasal PRP procedures, along with follow-up and ongoing patient support.

This position is primarily based in our Tallahassee office, with travel to satellite locations,

including:

• Panama City, FL
• Pensacola, FL
• Jacksonville, FL
• Lake City, FL

Schedule:

•  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations related to traumatic brain injury
• Perform and assist with in-office testing and intranasal PRP procedures
• Provide telehealth consultations and follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care aligned with Ethos TBI values
