As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. Key Responsibilities:
- Spend time with customers to determine needs and discuss vehicle options
- Build strong product knowledge and become an expert on vehicle features and technology
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text
- Respond to online leads and set appointments
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain CRM activity and accurate customer records
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
- Deliver a transparent, pressure-free, and customer-focused buying experience
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence and a strong desire to succeed in a performance-based environment
- High energy, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven sales environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
- 5-day work week - must work every Saturday
