Job Overview:
Seeking a part-time Data Management Associate with an emphasis on Customer Relationship Management.
Minor Executive Assistant duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, digital marketing, and LinkedIn.
- This is a hybrid role with <10% in-person contact in downtown Charleston
- 20 hours per week
- $25/hr
- Flexible schedule (assigned tasks and list management can be done anytime)
- Flexible work deadline (assigned tasks can be done anytime during the week)
Duties:
- Maintain and update Email lists
- Maintain and grow LinkedIn contacts
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing utilizing Google Workspace
- Online data scraping / data research
Experience:
- Experience with data entry roles will be considered an asset.
- Experience with personal assistant roles will be considered an asset.
- Proficiency and understanding of the social media (LinkedIn) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools.
- Prior experience in clerical work such as filing, transcription, proofreading, and front desk operations a plus.
Growth:
- Initial workload is 20hrs/week @ $25/hr
- If demonstrated proficiency and skillset to take on additional tasks, room to expand into full-time work at higher hourly rate.
Projection:
- 15-min phone interviews on Monday, December 1st and Wednesday, December 3rd
- In-person interview on Friday, December 5th and final hiring decison made on the spot.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
