ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex). We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team.

Description

• Operate computer-based data entry systems to input, update, and maintain Facilities Maintenance records
• Support maintenance operations through accurate data entry, work order management, preventative maintenance tracking, and contract deliverable documentation
• Enter, update, and track corrective and preventative maintenance work orders within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Accurately log preventative maintenance schedules, completion dates, labor hours, and equipment status
• Review source documents such as work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs for accuracy and completeness prior to data entry
• Apply experience and judgment to interpret, select, and code maintenance data from multiple document sources
• Track maintenance deliverables, service completion reports, and inspection documentation to ensure contractual compliance
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data and coordinate with supervisors or maintenance staff for resolution
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports related to work order status, preventative maintenance compliance, and backlog tracking
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for maintenance records and deliverables
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' computer-based data entry and record keeping experience
• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Must be a US Citizen with a US issued Passport or Real ID
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. unassisted
• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Clear and effective written and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
• Must have availability M-F, with a daily schedule to be determined with supervision after hire
