Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paints, stains, sealants, and coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools
- Perform specialized painting tasks including stucco application, plastering, and caulking.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols on construction sites
