Business Development Liaison
Pay Range: $65k - $75k per year
Schedule: Full Time
Location: Northwest Ohio

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, organized, and passionate about developing meaningful relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, community outreach, and making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, behavioral health providers, community organizations, treatment providers, and other referral sources.

• Identify and develop new referral and business opportunities throughout Indianapolis and surrounding communities.

• Conduct regular outreach, including phone calls, emails, meetings, facility visits, presentations, and community events.

• Represent Ethan’s Crossing at networking events, conferences, professional meetings, and community functions.

• Educate referral partners and community organizations about Ethan’s Crossing, our services, and the referral process.

• Coordinate and conduct tours, presentations, and meetings with prospective referral partners.

• Create and maintain a consistent follow-up strategy with current and prospective referral sources.

• Collaborate with admissions, clinical, operations, and leadership teams to support referral relationships and organizational goals.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, meetings, referrals, and business development opportunities.

• Identify emerging community needs and opportunities for new partnerships.

• Help plan and execute community outreach initiatives, educational events, and networking activities.

• Monitor local market and referral trends and communicate opportunities to leadership.

• Represent Ethan’s Crossing professionally and consistently in the community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, behavioral health, or relationship management preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable making presentations and speaking with individuals and groups.

• Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

• Ability to build credibility and trust with healthcare and community professionals.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for community outreach.
