ECP is a World Class Company.The painter will help prepare surfaces, mix paints for different needs, and apply them with brushes or rollers to fill in cracks or apply color on walls and doors.Painter Job Responsibilities:Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.Prepares, cleans, and tapes all jobsites.Removes old paint coating, if necessary.Mixes colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency.Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.Cleans up worksite debris.Painter Qualifications/Skills:Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workersAble to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelinesAttentive to detail and always alert to ensure safetyEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:High school diploma is an assetPrevious painting experience preferredProficiency with painting tools and equipment a plusAbility to safely operate various vehicles and equipmentBi-lingual in Spanish a plus.At Ethan Conrad Properties, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which can be seen throughout every step of an ECP employee's journey.
