We're looking for a compassionate, confident, and highly organized Legal Intake Specialist to become the first impression of our firm. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, asking thoughtful questions, staying organized, and helping potential clients take the first step toward resolving their legal issue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, online inquiries, and referrals with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct detailed intake interviews to evaluate potential cases based on firm guidelines.
- Gather accurate client information and document all communications within our CRM and case management systems.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with attorneys.
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely communication and move cases through the intake process.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and complete records in Monday.com and other firm software.
- Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless transition from intake to representation.
- Protect confidential client information while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Help create an outstanding first impression that reflects our firm's values and commitment to client service.

Qualifications:

- Comfortable learning and using technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM/case management software.

- Ability to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous legal intake experience.
- Experience with Monday.com, Clio, Lawmatics, or similar CRM/case management software.
- Familiarity with Florida legal terminology and procedures.
- Experience in consumer protection, civil litigation, personal injury, or insurance-related matters.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $42,000 annually, based on experience.
- Health insurance eligibility after 90 days of employment.
