Position Overview:
The Ethan Babb Law Firm, a consumer protection law firm serving clients throughout Florida, is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to join our team in person in Brevard County. This role is critical as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring each individual receives a professional, empathetic, and efficient intake experience.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and can confidently manage a high volume of incoming inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, web inquiries, and referrals
- Conduct initial client screenings to determine case eligibility based on firm criteria
- Gather and document detailed information from prospective clients in the case management system
- Schedule consultations and coordinate with attorneys and staff
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with potential clients
- Ensure all intake data is accurate, complete, and properly documented within Monday.com
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a law firm, call center, or client-facing role preferred
- Experience using CRM systems, including Monday.com, strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general case management software
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in consumer protection law, personal injury, or legal intake
- Familiarity with Florida legal processes and terminology
