What are the responsibilities and job description for the Precision Mechanical Assembler — Production Systems position at Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions?
Location: Danbury, CT
A day in the build bay
Picture starting your shift with a quick huddle, the day's build travelers in hand. You review prints, prep your tools, and begin bringing components together with care. Mid-morning, you pause to verify tolerances, documenting results before moving to the next subassembly. After collaborating with a teammate to refine a fixture setup, you tidy your bench and make a note of an improvement idea for the supervisor. Training wraps your day as you add a new technique to your toolkit.
What you'll do
You'll join a fast-moving, quality-focused team that values precision craftsmanship and continuous improvement. If you enjoy turning blueprints into reliable products—and you take pride in a clean bench and a well-documented build—we'd love to meet you.
