As an Interior Design Consultant, you:
· Learn about customer needs and perform home calls
· Create and sell customized interior design solutions, including furniture, window treatments and accents.
· Advise on space planning and coordination of materials.
· Influence and inspire an ongoing relationship with our brand.
Our strongest candidates:
· Are driven by a sense of accomplishment
· Have superior communication and time management skills
· Have an interior design background, related experience in a creative field and/or a history of success in a luxury home furnishings sales position
· Have confidence in the benefits of a commission pay structure in excess of a minimum guarantee.
We offer:
· Guaranteed minimum base earnings and a competitive uncapped commission structure on net written sales per fiscal month.

Position Requirements:
· Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to provide own transportation to and from customer's homes
· Willingness to work Saturdays, some holidays and some evenings.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
