Job Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face sales support in the Virginia Beach area, build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and help drive sales.
- Learn about customer needs and recommend products and services that provide the right fit
- Deliver clear, engaging sales presentations and answer customer questions
- Build rapport and create a positive experience throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Stay knowledgeable about current products, services, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve performance
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused approach and ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
- Confidence working in a customer-facing environment
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
- 1-3 years prior is experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
- Willingness to travel within the Virginia Beach area.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
