Job Overview
We are a family-owned day spa in Four Corners, seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions using various techniques customized to address specific client needs.
- Conduct pre/post patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual health conditions and goals.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend therapies for ongoing pain management and injury prevention.
- Maintain notes/records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Valid Montana state Massage Therapist License with current certification in good standing.
- Proven experience with at least 2 years practicing in a spa, wellness center, or resort environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and treatments relevant to massage therapy.
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, hot stone and cupping techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and education
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach coordinating shifts with our current massage therapist in a fast-paced setting.
- Available for a consistent weekly schedule (3-4 days a week / morning or afternoon shift), including some weekend shifts.

- This is a high commission-based position, plus full gratuity.
