Contractor/commission pay structure
Responsibilities
- Perform exquisite custom massage for each client, addressing their spoken needs and desired outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and sanitation in accordance with health regulations and BMR protocols
- Utilize software established by BMR for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail transactions
- Engage clients with excellent communication skills, offering styling advice, product and service recommendations
- Treat all clients and guest as your own: greet, check in/out appointments (when necessary,) assist with retail sales and booking.
Skills
- Professional communication, ability to consult with clients, relay back, and work towards their desired outcomes.
- Proficient in multiple massage modalities
- Ability to use software to check clients in/out. Count and accurately handle cash transactions.
- Passionate commitment to sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for all
