Who Are We Looking For?
Our Headquarters in Watertown is in search of an all-star personal injury paralegal to join our team of home run hitters. This Litigation Paralegal has some experience (2-4 years minimum) handling personal injury cases, including a track record of great client communication, organizational skills, and an aggressive approach to success. We are looking for prelitigation and litigation paralegals to join the team.
What are the job duties?
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents in both litigation and pre-litigation;
- Consistent client communication to build a rapport with clients and meet their needs
- Assist in drafting letters, requests, pleadings, and motions;
- Request, obtain, and organize medical records and bills;
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents;
- Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness;
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists;
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel;
- Manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Schedule client meetings and depositions, and effectively use calendar;
- Assist in the preparation of settlement demand packages;
- Data entry, including use of client database management software.
