  • l:Serve as an operational subject matter expert (SME) to Chris Mediano (Sr. Marketing Director) and Gina Collins (Sr. Marketing Director) driving operational excellence across the following pillar
  • s:Activation: Providing operational pull-through for the Organized Customer Access Network (OCAN) network and bridging the operational connection to Activatio
  • n.Strategic Communications: Orchestrating the connection and pull-through of CE Communication Strategy across A
  • AMStrategic Oversight: Driving AAM strategy, priorities, and the scaling of Customer Engagement (CE) best practices such as liaising with CE operations (eg, coordination of marketing resource rollout, execution, aligned comms with C
  • E)Business Operations: Managing budget oversight and partnering to deliver comprehensive performance metrics and measurement dashboard
  • s.Partner with a Senior Administrative Business Partner for tactical and strategic execution of business operation

  • t.Veeva & Asset Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative materials; ensure PopHealth approved assets are correctly housed in GOLF and accessible for us

  • s:Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, vendor management, operations, or project managemen
