Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Wichita, KS 67202

Pay Range: $(20.00 - 21.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits

Duration: 06 Months

Job Summary:

  • Provide software and hardware support via deskside and remote support
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues reported by end users
  • Experience with Active Directory, including user deletion and password resets
  • Experience with SCCM for reimaging, updating, installing software packages, and pushing Windows/security updates
  • Experience working in a corporate or manufacturing plant environment
  • Experience with Remedy ticketing tool
