Job Title: Processing Buyer
Location: Tulsa, OK 74119 (Hybrid - 3 Days in office, 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Ensuring that all requests have a clearly defined quote attached to it effectively communicates company's requirements to potential suppliers.
Ensuring timely and accurate placement of purchase orders/contracts in accordance with the requirements of internal customers and the approved supplier list, maximizing the savings achieved in each transaction
Enters purchase orders into the ERP system.
Protecting the company through sound commercial and legal terms incorporated in the purchase order or contract.
Managing all blanket orders to ensure expiration dates do not lapse before renewal.
Establishing additional blanket orders and or contracts where beneficial.
Displays proficient knowledge and use of SAP and Oracle R2 procurement and reporting modules.
Proficient use of Google for e-mail.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
1. Experience with an ERP system such as SAP
2. Google work applications
3. Good computer skills
