What You’ll Lead:
• Integrated communications strategies across PR, media relations, digital, and community engagement
• Senior-level client partnerships and reputation strategy
• Crisis and issues management planning
• Team mentorship, development, and cross-agency collaboration
• Account operations: budgets, timelines, scopes, and resource planning
What We’re Looking For:
• 6 years PR/communications experience (agency experience required)
• Strong leadership presence and passion for developing teams
• Proven success managing multiple complex clients
• Exceptional writing, messaging, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience navigating high-stakes or sensitive issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field
