Landscape Enhancement / Detail Crew Member - Paid Weekly

Job Overview
We are looking for hard working and determined people to join our Landscape / Enhancement Detail team for the green season doing maintenance services! This is a Full-Time Seasonal position.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn enhancements tasks such as planting, mulching, weeding, installing edging, spring and fall clean-ups, etc.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

Requirements

• AVAILABILITY: Monday-Friday - we start at 7am (Occasional Saturday if we have a rain out day)
• Must obtain and keep Iowa 3OT License current, attend continuing education at company expense.
• Work in hot, windy or light rainy conditions for extended periods
• Reliability, strong work ethic and committing to showing up daily
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Commitment to safety protocols
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and practices preferred - but we will train you!
• Ability to operate hand tools such as rakes, shovels and trimmers
• Occasionally operate lawn mowers, leaf blowers and other equipment as necessary
• Attention to detail for precise trimming and edging
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Due to the full-time, in-season demands of this role, it is best suited for candidates without current scheduling conflicts such as school or other part-time commitments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• softscape / hardscape: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Iowa 3OT (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Huxley, IA 50124 (Required)
