Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership and Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead by example in sales activities, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Monitor sales metrics such as weekly revenue, average transaction value, and repeat customer rate to drive performance.
2. Team Management and Development:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Organize daily huddles and monthly training sessions to continuously enhance team capabilities.
3. Customer Experience and Relationship Management:
Ensure that every client receives exceptional service and personalized attention.
Address and resolve client issues promptly, foster long-term relationships, and repeat business.
