We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. We are a locally owned franchise in Alaska with over 11 locations. All applications are encouraged, on the job training is provided.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
- Morning Shift: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
- Evening Shift: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding service
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and services
- Process incoming mail and packages
- Help customers with shipping, packaging, and printing needs
- Assist with other store operations as needed
