Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for study participants upon arrival and during pre-appointment outreach.
- Reach out to scheduled participants before their appointment times to confirm attendance and provide arrival instructions.
- Welcome and receive participants on-site, verify their identity, and guide them through the informed consent process.
- Ensure all consent forms are signed, accurately completed, and stored securely prior to study entry.
- Conduct participant intake, meticulously cross-checking participant details against the master spreadsheet to ensure full accuracy and quota compliance.
- Immediately flag and report any identity or demographic discrepancies to project leadership before proceeding.
- Efficiently transition verified participants to the Study Moderator, providing a smooth handoff and brief overview of ready status.
- Maintain clean, real-time intake logs and uphold confidentiality and security protocols for all participant records.
