IT Systems Roadmap Development
Experience as an Enterprise Architect
Experience with system diagramming and modeling using structured modeling languages (e.g., UML)
Hands on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture including core modules, and components.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
