Job Title: Cybersecurity Project Manager (DLP Focus)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager (PM) with strong expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and broader cybersecurity domains. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of security controls, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance requirements. Experience with CYWRA, Snowflake, and enterprise cyber frameworks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, with a focus on DLP implementation and optimization.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to define and execute cybersecurity roadmaps.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables using standard project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Drive implementation of DLP tools and policies to protect sensitive data across endpoints, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee integration and utilization of tools like CYWRA and Snowflake in cybersecurity and data governance initiatives.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, governance frameworks, and organizational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on Cybersecurity projects.
- Proven experience managing DLP (Data Loss Prevention) initiatives and tools .
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with CYWRA (Cyber Workforce Risk Analytics) or similar cyber risk platforms.
- Hands-on or working knowledge of Snowflake in the context of data security and analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in onsite, fast-paced enterprise environments.
- PMP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
