About the Role:
ESTROGENICA Health 360 is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Dothan, AL. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP
- Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit preparation activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of accounting or related experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, P/L's and general accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- 2 years in Intuit QuickBooks
