What You’ll Handle: (Either T&E side or Probate side)
- Drafting wills, trusts, amendments, codicils, and related estate planning documents
- Preparing trust administration documents and timelines
- Overseeing post-death administration, including asset marshaling and notifications
- Drafting probate pleadings, petitions, inventories, and accountings
- Coordinating valuations of real property, business interests, and personal assets
- Managing the sale or transfer of real estate and complex assets
- Tracking deadlines, court requirements, compliance matters, and statutory notices
- Preparing court filings and e-filings for probate and trust petitions
- Reviewing bank statements, tax returns, and financial documents for accuracy

Qualifications:
B.A. and Paralegal certificate
At least five years CA experience in either Trust & Estates or Probate
