Eleven Insurance Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent in Boynton Beach, Florida
(1660 S Congress Ave, Ste 1).
Full-time in-person, 40 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities:
● Selling Insurance Policies: Sell life, health, auto, and other financial insurance
products to individual and business clients, meeting established sales goals.
● Assessing Client Needs: Analyze client needs and recommend suitable policies that
offer the best protection and benefits based on their situation.
● Explaining Policies: Help clients understand the terms, benefits, exclusions, and
conditions of their policies, ensuring their satisfaction with the coverage.
● Compliance with Insurance Regulations: Stay updated on local and federal
insurance regulations, ensuring all products sold meet legal standards.
● Policy Renewals: Manage the renewal of existing policies, adjust coverage as client
needs change, and foster long-term loyalty.
● Internal Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing team to generate leads,
promote products, and align strategies to increase the client base.
Requirements:
● High School Diploma or equivalent.
● Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
● Intermediate level of English and Spanish.
● Active Insurance Agent License in Florida (2-15 License: Life, Health, and Variable
Annuities License) - Active.
● Registration in the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR).
Special Skills or Requirements:
● Ability to meet mandatory Continuing Education (CE) requirements in Florida and
other applicable states.
● Experience in life, health, and financial product sales.
● Expertise in prospecting strategies, closing sales, and client loyalty.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools for client management.
● Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
● Persuasion and negotiation skills in policy sales.
● Interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
● Active listening and empathy to understanding the insured’s needs.
● Adaptability in communication to interact with various client profiles.
● Proficiency in insurance CRMs such as Salesforce, Applied Epic, or Agency Bloc.
● Experience using insurance portals for policy quoting and issuance.
● Familiarity with e-signature tools such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
● Ability to interpret sales reports and client analytics.
● Proficiency in communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google
Meet for remote client service.
