Estherville Pharmacy is a locally owned and operated independent community pharmacy. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Pharmacy Technician who enjoys helping people and wants to contribute to the health of our community.
Our team works with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners to make pharmacy care more accessible. Whether you’re already certified or ready to learn, you’ll receive training and support as you build your skills.
What you’ll bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Eligibility to register as a pharmacy technician with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
- A friendly, caring approach to customer service
- Clear communication skills
- The ability to work well with a team, follow instructions, and use computer-based systems
- A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve
Pharmacy or healthcare experience and current certification are preferred, but not required. Estherville Pharmacy provides training for candidates with the right skills and approach. Certification through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) or Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) is required within one year of hire.

Job Type: Full-time / Non-Exempt
Education: High School or Equivalent (Required)
License: Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred, but training available)
Compensation: Competitive pay - based on relevant experience
Start Date: As soon as possible
