Join our Shipping team as the trusted last-mile driver moving in-process parts to vendors and finished goods to customers. You’ll operate a company box truck on local routes, follow precise delivery instructions, and collect signatures to close each order. You’ll report directly to the Shipping Manager and play a critical part in our manufacturing supply chain.

• Keep production on track by shuttling in-process sheet metal parts to vendors.
• Delight customers through reliable, courteous delivery of finished goods.
• Protect product integrity by properly arranging, balancing, and securing loads.
• Support fleet readiness with routine refueling, cleaning, and timely reporting of issues.

• Plan and adjust routes to meet strict delivery windows.
• Verify delivery paperwork and instructions before every stop.
• Assist with loading/unloading; use hand trucks and forklifts when required.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety practices—safety first, always.
• Notify management immediately of accidents, tickets, vehicle damage, or major maintenance needs.
• Follow written and verbal directions; perform other tasks as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and vendors.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Documented truck driving experience; warehouse/delivery background preferred.
• Clean driving record (required).
• Indiana For-Hire Endorsement (required minimum); CDL preferred.
• Proficiency driving and parking large, heavy vehicles.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
• Detail-focused, alert, and composed in fast-moving situations.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Adequate computer skills and technical aptitude.
