Job Overview
We are looking for entry level General Laborer, where your energy and dedication will drive production excellence! In this role, you’ll support various manufacturing processes within the factory environment. We are a family owned aerospace machine shop with growth opportunities.
Duties
- Deburr and polish production parts.
- Operate equipment such belt/disc sanders, bench grinders, micro sand blaster, drill press, etc.
- Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure parts meet specifications
- Conduct manual handling tasks including lifting (50 lbs maximmum) and moving items safely in accordance with safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe and efficient environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and uphold quality standards
Requirements (Preferred not Required)
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents accurately
- Experience with manufacturing tools listed above.
- Capable of manual handling tasks including lifting while maintaining safety compliance
