E-Commerce Operations Associate

Estella is a luxury organic baby gift brand, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders at our North Bergen, NJ warehouse. We're a small, hands-on operation working directly with the owners — this is a trusted, independent role, not general warehouse labor.

What you'll do:

• Log into Shopify daily, pull and print new orders, and pick, pack & ship them accurately
• Select the most cost-effective shipping method per order (USPS, UPS, DHL) based on weight, dimensions, and delivery speed
• Print shipping labels using a barcode/label printer and scanner
• Receive incoming inventory, count and check it in, and do basic quality control
• Maintain warehouse organization so inventory is easy to locate — layout, labeling, and shelf logic are part of the job
• Pre-build and stock kits/bundles for our regularly ordered product sets
• Process returns & exchanges and keep accurate inventory records
• Coordinate pickups and drop-offs with carriers
• Work independently as a keyholder — open/close the space and handle inventory and equipment responsibly with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• 1 years of hands-on experience with e-commerce order fulfillment (Shopify, ShipStation, or similar) OR retail/stockroom experience with keyholder responsibilities
• Comfortable using a computer, printer, and barcode scanner as part of daily workflow
• Strong organizational instincts — notices when something's out of place and fixes it without being told
• Punctual and reliable — consistent, on-time attendance is essential
• Physically able to carry and move boxes throughout a shift
• Trustworthy and able to work unsupervised with inventory and shipping accounts

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Training: On-the-job training provided for Shopify order processing and our warehouse systems

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
