Role Description
The General Manager will lead all front-of-house operations at Clementine Yountville, ensuring consistently exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily service. Key responsibilities include supervising and developing the service team, managing labor and operating budgets, maintaining standards of hospitality and food & beverage quality, and optimizing guest satisfaction and revenue. The General Manager will collaborate with the chef and wine director on menu and service execution, develop strategic initiatives to grow business, cultivate a positive team culture, and build relationships with local producers and hospitality partners. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Yountville, California.
Qualifications
- Five (5 ) years w/ General Manager Experience is a MUST!
- Proven leadership and team-management skills in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, P&L responsibility, and labor management
- Track record of delivering outstanding guest service and elevating dining operations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to foster partnerships with vendors, wineries, and local producers
- Experience in luxury, fine-dining, or Michelin-caliber restaurants preferred
- Familiarity with Napa Valley’s wine and hospitality landscape is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field desirable
