Job Summary

Whether engaging directly with guests, supporting service flow, or ensuring our dining room and bar are fully stocked and pristine, you’ll contribute to a collaborative environment where every detail matters.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, guest-first service by anticipating needs and supporting a memorable dining experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room, bar, and service areas
- Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service flow throughout the shift
- Support servers and bartenders by stocking supplies, glassware, utensils, and service stations
- Possess working knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings appropriate to role
- Navigate the P.O.S. system as needed and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Execute opening, closing, and side work duties with attention to detail
- Understand the layout and flow of the restaurant and work cohesively with the entire team
- Maintain all required certifications, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety (as required by state and county)
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred.
- Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification (must meet state regulations).
- Valid Food Handlers Certification (must meet state regulations).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to assess situations and make quick, accurate decisions.
- Capable of performing well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
