Estate Sales company is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for upcoming estate sales throughout Northeast Ohio.
We are looking for people who are reliable, self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be comfortable using AI tools for researching items, identifying products, and assisting with pricing.
- Must have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekdays and weekends.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to scheduled shifts. Unplanned absences and last-minute cancellations are not acceptable except for legitimate emergencies.
- Must be comfortable using smartphones, payment systems, and basic technology.
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and organizing estate sales.
- Researching and pricing merchandise.
- Assisting customers and processing purchases.
- Moving, arranging, and displaying merchandise.
- Maintaining an organized and professional sales environment.
- Assisting with breakdown and cleanup following sales.
Position Details:
Part-time, event-based work. Hours vary depending on scheduled estate sales. Some events require multiple consecutive days.
We are looking for individuals who take their commitments seriously, show initiative, and understand the importance of reliability and teamwork.
Experience with estate sales, retail, antiques, collectibles, or resale is a plus but not required.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
