Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Estate Planning Paralegal role located in Brea, CA. The Estate Planning Paralegal will be conducting estate planning interviews, draft estate planning documents, conduct meetings for execution of documents, maintain client files and track work progress using systems Monday.com, Zoho One, My Case. You will also communicate with clients and team members to ensure the seamless progression of estate planning cases. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling and coordinating meetings and managing deadlines. A Plus with forming business entities Corporations, LLC's and Limited Partnerships.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Law and legal principles related to estate planning
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong Research and analytical skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in legal software and standard office technology
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a similar position is preferred
- Paralegal certification or relevant coursework in legal studies is highly desirable
- Active Notary
- Proficient in English and Spanish
