Customer Service Associate – Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming client communications, including phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identify and assess client needs by actively listening, asking appropriate questions, and gathering relevant information
- Coordinate with internal staff and departments to address client requests, resolve issues, and ensure accurate information is provided
- Communicate client needs clearly to appropriate team members to facilitate timely and effective resolution
- Track, monitor, and manage client inquiries** from initial contact through resolution to ensure nothing is overlooked
- Conduct follow-up communications (calls, emails, or texts) to confirm that client concerns have been resolved and expectations have been met
- Ensure all client matters are handled in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or internal systems
- Provide proactive updates to clients regarding the status of their inquiries or requests
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience
- Uphold company standards for confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence

- Bilingual English/Spanich

- Experience in working with First Responders, (Police, Sheriff, Fire, Medical and Military)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
